We are proud to announce on the 13th November at the Annual McDonald’s UK & Ireland Supply Chain awards dinner which followed the annual conference, our very own Sarah Haire was recognised with the “Outstanding Contribution” award for her tireless work on Beef Sustainability. This award is testament to Sarah’s dedication to excellence in beef sustainability in the UK and Ireland on behalf of Dawn Meats and her on-going work as Chair of the European Roundtable for Beef Sustainability (ERBS). Together with OSI, STI, Martin Brower and the McDonald’s SC team, Dawn Meats were awarded “Team of the Year” for assuring uninterrupted and critical beef supplies to McDonald’s UK and Ireland.
